CONTINGENCY OPTION 10+5
Our services are designed to meet the needs of your organization. So are our fees for those services.
We do our job right the first time, so the need for a replacement candidate within the guarantee period is rare. So why should you pay for the replacement along with the original placement fee? At Worth Personnel Group, you don’t need to.
Our fee is broken into 2 parts – a placement fee – and a replacement fee. You will be charged ten percent (10%) of the candidate’s commencement salary for the placement. Within a 90 day period, if a replacement is required, we simply bill you an additional five percent (5%) of the commencement salary for the replacement candidate. If no replacement is required, there are no additional charges. |

It is a time consuming process to obtain suitable candidates for a job vacancy either by ad responses or resume mining. Then it is necessary to screen suitable candidates, discuss their suitability with respect to skill set, formal education, experience, salary expectations, career goals, and personality fit, to name a few. Initial interviews need to be conducted, and references need to be checked. An offer needs to be made, and perhaps negotiated.
At Worth Personnel Group, you can hire a recruitment specialist on a per diem basis, only for as long as you need them. Regardless of the position for which you are hiring, you will receive a recruiter experienced in that field. Many of our clients choose this approach as a means to monitor their outsourcing recruitment dollars. |
