Our client, a national electronic communications company, has immediate openings for energetic and experienced leaders to join their team as Area Manager for the above noted territories in Ontario.

 

The successful candidate will report directly to the Regional Sales Manager, Ontario and will successfully develop business by offering training, leadership and a strong management style to sales reps.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

· Manage all aspects of the sales and operations of each rep within the territory market.

· Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas and customer service targets for your area.

· Ensure company standards, policies and procedures are executed by all employees.

· Coach, train and develop your team leaders within each location.

· Actively participate in the on-going training of sales team

· Ensure that customer concerns and objections are addressed and settled.

· Assume responsibilities for the knowledge of all products, services and promotions.

· Report and work directly with the senior management team.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

· Minimum 5 years experience selling electronic communication devices, outside sales preferred.

· Proven ability to manage a team to meet and consistently exceed quotas.

· Travel required, thus position requires you to have a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license (expenses reimbursed)

OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

 

Will be accountable for the sales and customer service of office supplies to professional offices within the GTA.  We provide a select brand of products designed for the high end printing and packaging production company

 

Oversee sales promotions and education programs, utilizing a consultative selling approach.

Provide superior customer service within their territory by providing information with their excellent product knowledge and by building and maintaining long-term relationships with each account.

 

The successful candidate will possess the following requirements:

 

· Minimum 3 years "on-the-road", consultative sales experience in B2B sales

· Strong ability to sell and/or influence others

· Excellent presentation skills

· Ability to drive growth through new account and existing territory management

· Professional, stylish image reflective of the Company's brands

· Positive personality and ability to establish quick rapport with all types of people

· Solid negotiation and organizational skills

· Highly self-motivated, passionate and goal-oriented; persistent in getting the sale

· Reliable car and valid driver's license necessary

COMMERCIAL ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVE (SALES)
