WPG e-LEARNING SOLUTIONS for Bill 168 COMPLIANCE |
|
WPG offers an alternative to live training, which is affordable and solves the “time for training” issue.
In conjunction with an e-learning provider, WPG has developed a platform to deliver a learning system which will ensure your workers are trained in specific areas as required to be compliant with Ministry of Labour legislation.
Our e-Learning platform will educate your workers online, verify their comprehension and produce final exam results. This method of training provides a cost effective and timely means to deliver a consistent program to a large number of employees in any geographical location. While being significantly less expensive than strictly a live training approach, it also solves the challenge of finding time in your staff’s busy schedule for the mandatory compliance training.
In addition, a MOL compliance investigator will be seeking proof of compliance. With online tracking, reporting features, and individual final examination results, your due diligence will meet auditable standards.
Working with knowledgeable Subject Matter Experts, the information is delivered online, available 24/7, and provides an interactive learning experience, culminating in a final exam indicating completion of the module, and understanding of the information.
There are 2 e-Learning systems available; one for supervisors/managers, and one for the balance of the staff.
PROGRAM DETAILS The “Essentials for All Staff” provides 8 modules covering the required components that each employee must learn and understand. (see attached) The “Extension for Supervisors” provides enhanced information allowing supervisors/managers access to training on emergency response planning, victim support, reporting procedures, incident reviews, and video illustrations. It also provides a “refresher” option as a diagnostic tool. In both programs, a final exam provides an audit trail, indicating proof of compliance. Each license provides 12 month unlimited access for review and retraining.
BENEFITS e-Learning provides a detailed audit trail, demonstrating due diligence and mitigating legal risk Each staff member will learn at their own pace, allowing for increased retention of the information. Since most companies struggle with the challenge of finding the time to train their staff, the “Essentials for All Staff” can be completed in approximately 1.5 hours, at any time. Delivered at a fraction of the cost of classroom training Availability - training available 24/7 Administratively simple (Administrative portal with automatic email notification) All training is done through our portal, meaning there are no software to purchase and no technical issues with which to contend. All that is required is access to the internet. The “passing grade” may be customized to your corporate standards (default is 80%) Able to customize or personalize specific features of your organization (additional cost) Sidebars available (linking to generic relevant sites) Each license provides access to the licensee for a one year period for review or re-learning Available in both official languages Additional e-Learning options available |
